4th annual Sponsor a Reader Fundraiser!
Here's how it works: On Friday, January 31st, your child will make a reading goal towards our school wide observance of silent reading that will occur on February 28th. Students will then collect flat sponsorships towards meeting that goal from February 1st-14th. Sponsors can support your child by using our 99Pledges fundraising page (select their classroom teacher in the pull down menu, or use the class-specific QR code on their orange sponsorship form), send in cash, or check (made to Sunset Ridge PTO, with their teacher's name in the memo). Our school goal is to raise $10,000!
We finally received our most recent standings in the Earning for Learning contest! Drumroll as if there was any doubt, we're in FIRST PLACE! That's how we do it, Sunset Ridge! We would like to give a very special shoutout to Room Parent Cat Lamont, and the students of Ms. Barry (4th grade) and Ms. Birdseye (4th/5th grade); their commitment to saving Serramonte receipts is a huge reason why we are so far in the lead. We have until March 31st to keep our lead and win us the $2,000 cash prize by saving and uploading all Serramonte Center shopping and dining receipts.

Our mission is to enhance the educational experience of all Sunset Ridge students. We do this by partnering with staff to learn the most immediate needs of the school, fostering relationships in the community, encouraging a diversity of voices and fundraising so we can fund as many of those needs as we can.
